ABOUT ME

I am an Ohio native, who has been in South Carolina for 12+ years. A single mom to a very enthusiastic, health and environmentally conscious  9 year old son who has ADHD and Dyslexia. We have been homeschooling since Kindergarten, with no plans to stop.

I have been through my trials and failures of living a healthy life, but I never committed to wellness until I found out i was pregnant with my son in 2014.

I knew I wanted him to grow up as healthy as possible and the only way to do that was through focusing on MY wellness first.

After giving birth, I suffered from postpartum depression which lasted for over a year.  This has manifested into regular depression that I still have to work hard to manage.

The only thing that helped that first year was exercising and eating intentionally. But even then, I didn't feel complete.

Through trying different ways of eating, exercise styles and self care, I have found what works for me, even though there is always room for improvement.

Maybe you have heard the phrase, “you can't pour from an empty cup”, I have finally found the truth in that, and strive daily to fill my cup so I am able to help others.

I love helping ALL individuals with their  goals, but my true passions are helping other busy, stressed single moms gain their happiness and health back (or find it for the first time!) and become experts on themselves by guiding them in learning to use their intuition, and creating a path uniquely made for them.

In my life and work, I advocate for working out, being active, and cooking nutritious meals with family. It brings loved ones together and creates lifelong habits.

I am  a Board Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner, I have my Personal Training certification through AFPA,  and I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I'm also certified to teach kids yoga, and am a group fitness instructor.
